Goto www.whirlpoolparts.ca.
Enter in Customer Code as neigh022 – NOT neigh02.
Click Repair Parts
Enter in the part number.
Click Add to Cart and then select the quantity that you want. Usually this will be one unless I mark differently on the dispatch.
Now enter in either the dispatch number or Truck Stock if you are replenishing my stock. If it is Truck Stock, then that is all you enter – click on Check Out and you’re done. If the part is for a customer – enter the dispatch number, the customer last name in the top Reference field and the city the call is located in in the bottom Reference field. Then Check Out and yer done.
Click Place this Order.
Finally, write the confirmation number down – either at the top of the dispatch if the part order is for a customer or beside the part number on the dispatch if you are replenishing my Truck Stock.
And you’re done!
